Join Kim of Transformative Wellness with Kim and Jai Buddhi of Jaya Kava to attune to the expansive healing energies of the divine feminine, whether you occupy a womanly body or resonate with a femme experience of life -- this group is for you.

After grounding into the space with intros and intentinos, we'll guide a breathwork pratice to clear some stagnancy and ground together, and enjoy some gentle movement to presence us into the moment.

We'll dig into an ice-breaking activity and then will hold workshop space for intentional shares, small group conversations, and more explorations of matters close to the heart.

Suggested themes for this event are Trust, Faith, and Forgiveness. Reflecting on significant adult experiences of broken trust, how we have seen that mirrored in earlier life experiences, and considering how we can restore faith and find tangible forgiveness in our hearts for others and within ourselves...
